Dang! Who'da thunk a Hasidic reggae musician?

I am not really into reggae per se, but from little I read and saw from AOLs Sessions I was pretty impressed.

I put on hold at the library both of his CDs.

Anyone ever heard of this guy?

I heard him being discussed on a morning radio show, but I haven't heard any of the music. That's a pretty funny concept, though!

He gets a lot of play on the alternative rock (is that still what they call it?) station here. And I've seen him on MTV2. He's not bad. The whole thing comes off as being a little gimmicky, although I have a feeling that's the way he's being 'marketed' as opposed to how his music actually is. Not a huge reggae fan here, either, so it's hard for me to judge.
