I'm getting ready to leave for Bald Head Island, NC for the weekend. I'm going to pick the kids up from school early and go visit my dh, who has been working there for 2 weeks. The owners rented dh a "doll house" to stay in while he was working out there (it's only about 100 sq feet smaller than the house we live in everday ). To bad it's gotten cold, but we will have fun anyway. |

| Oh, I love adventures! I hope you create many meaningful memories in your doll-house. Can't wait to hear all about it! |

I'm back.. We had such a good time while we were there. Nature walks, beach sunsets, ferry rides, and walking to the top of a two hundred year old light house, yes my two year old did it all by himself . But holy shit was it was a much longer drive than it looked on the map (no interstate) many stop lights and small towns... I am exausted . Why is does getting away from it all have to be so hard?? |
