How cute!!! Sometimes newborns are less than gorgeous but he is adorable. Hey, did anyone here NOT get that identical receiving blanket at the hospital? White with the blue and pink stripes? every hospital in the world must use the same supplier for those things.

Yep, I totally took one home, too. They didn't say I could, but they didn't say not to, either. Wink

Isn't he pretty? My middle child was very pretty and "flawless" looking like that.

Jack was a great looking newborn too, if I do say so, and then when Molly was born I was like... "Hmmmm.... she looks.... interesting...." Laughing

She cutened up fast though!

Yes, Seth is her first. She seems to be doing pretty well so far. I hate that they are so far away from the rest of the family. Crying or Very sad

Calvin was a super-scary looking little newborn, lol. He was like a little wild creature. Of course, I still thought he was cute. Joshua was really pretty. Somerset came out *fuchsia* and the way her nose had been pushed down a little, and her black hair looked like really curly hair when it is plastered down. She honestly looked like an African American newborn. Dh jokingly said "Uh, is there something you want to tell me?" Then a couple days later my grandmother called me and asked me if he was really joking or if something was up. Shocked

I was like "OMG! Yes, he was just joking!"

Oh what a cutie! All these babies around ( i saw my sister and colton last night) totally makes me want another one! I swear if i had another bedroom and wasn't working, i'd totally have another kid. I love newborns!

Scout, my second was the same way...we thought she looked hispanic! LOL...dark hair and all. But now she's the blondest and fairest of my girls. The nurses did say the red babies are the ones who turn out fair skinned.

Did you guys take a receiving blanket from the hospital? We were told that the wipes, diapers, formula--that was all ours to take but we were supposed to leave the linens there. But we stole 2 blankies Embarassed

They are so cute and great for swaddling in the beginning.

My brain is telling me that we took about 4 of them. I mentioned to the nurses that I had roughly about 8 at home and they told me with twins it was not enough and to take a few.

They are so much better than that BRU Wamsutta brand!
