A woman got a ticket for nursing in a Colorado state park. of course it was voided, but if you read the article, this same ranger had told her the week before to stop nursing her child in a freaking state park. What is WRONG with people Question

What? She was given a ticket for exposing her genitals ? Are your breasts genitals? That park ranger must have been some kind of freak.

Well, it is the backwoods we're talking about and who knows who this temp. ranger is...could it be that he's very young and drunk with power or very old and ignorant. It's not an excuse, but perhaps a reason.

I do think however, that the fact that these cases make the news (most of the time, nationally) goes to the point that it's exceedingly rare, unusual and improper to issue a ticket for breastfeeding.

Again, I'm still not left with, "What is this world coming to...", but rather, "There's still a few, minority, that don't get it."

A few minority that don't get it?! Ha. I think I've been told by 36 people this week what they think about my still bf'ing my 20 month old son. I think there's a shitload that really don't get it.

I'm surprised about the Colorado thing. I saw so many people bfip when I was in colorado. I've seen it probably 2 times elsewhere, and 10 times a week in Colorado.

That is surprising to me since I thought that Colorado was very granola!
