I'm one of those "well, they have a point, there" too political peeps. I'm voting for Obama too, and I think he will be good for the country.

It's nice to see that a variety of political views can exist in a family without tearing it apart. At the end of the day, the important thing (as you so eloquently put in your post) is to make your voice heard, and exercise your right to vote.
