I wanted to check out this website and here you are on the front page! That was a beautiful article and I got choked up when you said your dad held your hands when you started to cry. I was overcome with fear this past birth and tears started streaming down my face and the most wonderful resident calmed me. (my hubby was wonderful too.) Of course, that was my easiest delivery at only 17 hours! Sweet Angel 24 hours, and Feisty Girl 3 days. That one was so ugly I seriously had PTSD.
